Return and Refund Policy – Zeenit

At Zeenit, we want you to shop with peace of mind. If any issue arises with your order, we have established the following procedure.

 We highly recommend reading this policy before making a purchase.


1. Return Requests

Return requests can be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

Each case will be reviewed individually by our team. Submitting a return request does not guarantee automatic approval.


2. Product Requirements

For an item to be considered eligible for a return, it must:

  • Be in its original condition and free from misuse.

  • Retain all original packaging, accessories, and included components.

  • Show no damage caused by incorrect handling by the customer.

Zeenit reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with these conditions.


3. How to Initiate the Process

You must send an email to contacto@zeenitméxico.com providing the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • A clear description of the reason for the return

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Once we receive this information, we will guide you through the next steps.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation.


4. Shipping Costs

Except in cases of a shipping error or a confirmed defect attributable to Zeenit, all shipping costs related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept packages sent via cash on delivery (COD).


5. Refunds

If the return is approved following the inspection of the product:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • The estimated processing time is 5 to 10 working days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • All refunds are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN).


6. Non-Eligible Items

Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products on special promotion or clearance sales.

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Products that, for hygiene or usage reasons, cannot be resold.


7. Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive an item different from the one ordered or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery for evaluation.
